The purpose of hendy.io is to present the services of the Hendy agency (Black Ocean Consulting). The Site is not an online store. 

Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge (excluding any internet connection costs, for which the user remains solely responsible). The publisher strives to keep the Site accessible and working at all times but cannot be held liable for any interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.

Google Calendar connection in Hendy OS

Authorized Hendy OS users may choose to connect their Google Calendar account. Hendy then requests read-only access to the selected calendars in order to display event times, durations and titles in the Hendy agenda, identify unavailability and avoid scheduling conflicts. Private events are shown as “Busy”. Hendy does not create, modify or delete any Google Calendar event.

This connection relies on the user's authorization and on the operation of the Hendy OS service. Calendar data is read on demand and is not stored durably by Hendy. The token that keeps the connection alive is encrypted, isolated per user and per firm, and kept only as long as the connection remains active. When a user disconnects Google Calendar from Hendy OS, the authorization is revoked with Google and the connection identifier kept by Hendy is deleted.

Hendy does not sell Google Calendar data, does not use it for advertising and does not share it, except with the technical providers strictly necessary to operate and secure the service. Hendy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
